Funeral Fog - an exhibiton of new works by French at Monster Children Gallery
Opening night Novemeber 27th, 6pm
Continues 28th November till the 9th December 2008

French, hails from Aldershot, England. A town best known for it's
army base is a good place to start an interest in torn body
parts. He has since shown his work depicting all things evil,
grotesque and morbid around the globe. An obsession with metal
music informs French's work that literally draws the line
between the magnificent and the repulsive, his detailed line
work showing the beauty in the revolting. This exhibition, the
second solo show at Monster Children Gallery, will include a
range of original drawings, editioned slikscreens and digital
prints plus a catalogue printed especially for French's
Australian shows.

We played the lucky hosts to an impromptu performance by Beau Monde, live out the front of Dobry Den and also the ever gracious Dimitri's Pizza. Thanks for the Crown St perk up guys, you can go see em this Saturday with Warhorse
